  • Enhanced delivery performance, improving Cycle Time (days to minutes) by building a CI/CD platform for C#-Go-Angular stack with tools such as K8s, GitLab, Gherkin, Nexus, Grafana, Prometheus, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, SonarQube, etc., and adopting private cloud.
  • Reduced churn to 3%, improving developer experience by making onboarding a breeze (Time to First Commit < 1 day) and empowering the teams to meet reliability targets.
  • Boosted CSAT (32% to 78%) by improving the predictability & quality of SDLC and reducing the Cycle Time's 85th percentile from 90 to less than 30 days.

  Business tools:

  • Enabled business scaling (x10 customers), deconstructing and replacing a legacy monolith in favour of modular Event-driven Architecture by applying Domain Driven Design.
  • Eliminated variable processing costs and improved Time To Money (up to real-time) by introducing end-to-end automation, observability and tech partnerships through public ISO 20022-compliant payment APIs.
